Medicare rebates for telehealth consultations are only available if you are a Medicare card holder and have seen Dr Mackay in person in the preceding 12 months.  If you have not seen Dr Mackay in person in the past 12 months then there is no Medicare rebate for telehealth consultations. You can use this form to book an in-person appointment in inner Melbourne so long as it is for a nutrition & lifestyle medicine consultation. Note that for all urgent or general medical consultations that are not related to nutrition & lifestyle please book an in-person appointment via Clinicare.
