If you wish to book a consultation with Dr Mackay please fill in the form below. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a suggested appointment time. If you are a new patient you will be sent a New Patient Registration form to fill in when the booking is confirmed.

Medicare rebates for telehealth consultations are only available if you are a Medicare cardholder and have seen Dr Mackay in person in the preceding 12 months.  If you have not seen Dr Mackay in person in the past 12 months there is no Medicare rebate for telehealth consultations. Limited in-person appointments are available in inner Melbourne. You can indicate your preference for this on the form. If you need an urgent in-person appointment for general medical care, please contact your local medical clinic.
